My name is Jackson Cunningham and I am a licensed Vancouver Mortgage Broker. I make the mortgage process as convenient as possible for you while obtaining some of the best rates in the province.

I understand that efficient communication and service is key to a smooth mortgage transaction, and that’s why I will usually respond to phone calls, emails, and texts within an hour- if not minutes. I have a great relationship with over 30 major lenders, and can therefore turn most deals around within a few days.

How do I get paid? Most people think brokers charge a fee or bonus the rate somehow. Actually, brokers rarely charge fees on residential mortgages, and if they do it must be fully disclosed beforehand. Banks pay me a standard commission to bring them clients, so my only incentive is to keep you happy and returning. I will always try to get you the best rate given our constraints.

There is no contract either. You can leave at any point if you aren’t satisfied with the rate or service.
